Ann and her beloved friend and partner Jim live in Beautiful British Columbia
in an undisclosed location where the real estate values are still low.
They love to watch and feed the wild birds, hunt for abundant rocks,
minerals and fossils in the region, and just sit around listening to CBC (public) radio and congratulate themselves.
They have well water with no chlorine to drink, a meadow full of deer, a river full of fish,
a garden full of garlic and asparagus, and a large extended family on hand in case they ever have any extra money.
Ever since New Years Resolution time, they have been on the Atkins diet
and are losing a phenomenal one to two pounds every week or so.
Ann is seriously considering going on a hunger strike for a good cause and getting her hair dyed.
Toddy, do you really think I have to get rid of that old picture?
Maybe I could just transpose it onto the new picture …
I mean, the fact that I am sitting in the old one and standing in the new one shouldn’t be too much of a problem, right?
You could just kind of electronically unfold that old, slimmer, darker-haired me and ...
…..oh never mind!!
